Personal Data Protection

The Digital Gallery ensures the protection of the privacy of Internet users who register on the site in accordance with the legislation in force. The collection and processing of personal data is declared in accordance with the requirements of the information technology and freedoms Act. The site complies with the conditions specified in the warnings section. The term "data" covers all the information of a nominative nature that is requested at the time of inscription on the site, or collected as part of its use.

This data is not public except the user name that is displayed on the site to designate the contributor. It is the responsibility of each contributor to transmit accurate and complete information.

It is specified that the site is likely to set up an automatic tracing process (cookies or tags), which can be impeded by modifying the settings of the Internet browser.

Purposes of processing registration data

This data is necessary for the opening of the account, manage it and allow access to the various functionalities of the site purchases, comments, shares, guestbook, etc.

Neither the email address nor any other information transmitted during registration will be used, except as part of the Digital Gallery's sending of electronic messages of information or invitations to an event. At the reception of these messages, however, it remains possible to signal its opposition to the future sending of new messages of this type.

Data recipient

The Digital Gallery is the only recipient of the registration data. It undertakes not to communicate them to third parties.

Data retention

The data is stored on the servers of the host and is kept for the duration strictly necessary for the use of the account. It is specified, however, that if the account is deactivated by the members for any reason whatsoever, the data and the content associated with it (e.g. videos, descriptions, comments, avatar etc…) may be retained for a period of one year from this deactivation.

Beyond this duration, the data as well as the content will be deleted from the servers and the identifier will be available again for Internet users wishing to register on the site.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification and deletion of the data which concern you in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. You can at any time access and modify online the information associated with your profile. To do so, on the home page of your account, simply click on the button with your username and click on the "my account" section.
